Active rubber powder (AGP)

Valuable secondary raw material in the form of finely ground activated rubber is obtained by processing rubber granulate on a mechanical-chemical basis. The granulate comes from used and recycled tires from cars and trucks. Active dust consists of particles of natural and synthetic rubber. The unique method of preparation of rubber dust by activation gives the raw material excellent mechanical and chemical properties represented by excellent fineness, increased specific surface area and perfect homogeneity of the mixture.

Properties of active rubber dust

The application of active rubber powder (ARP) in the preparation of the plastics, rubber and paper industries helps to reduce production costs while maintaining high material quality and protecting the environment.

Use:

  • Filler in the production of plastics

  • Rubber and paper industry

  • Active binder in modified asphalt mixtures

Ware:

  • Thermoplastic based products (elastomeric surfaces)

  • Tiles, boards, mats

  • Insulation strips

  • Layers and elements of the damper

  • Rubber modified asphalt binders

  • Damping components (rail sides, base plates)

  • Filler for rubber compounds (replaces up to 80% of primary rubber)

  • Additive to modified asphalt mixtures

  • Paint filling (corrosion protection, wear and chemical protection)

  • Production of regenerated mixtures

  • Other products

    • Road safety products

    • Porous hoses and porous plates

    • Shoe industry
